What is the A2Z Partnership Program?

This program enables individuals with accounting knowledge to work under the A2Z Accountants brand. You will provide bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll services to your own clients, with professional support from our team. 

Program Highlights:

  • Bring in your own clients and retain a share of the income

  • Access training and mentorship if you’re new or need upskilling

  • Build practical experience and grow your portfolio

Work with Clients, Grow Your Incom

At A2Z Accountants, we empower accounting students and professionals by supervising under our platform.

Here’s how it works:

  • Onboard Clients or Get Assigned Work-
    Serve your own clients or work on clients we assign to you. 
  • No Experience? No Problem!
    If you’re a beginner, we offer practical training to help you get job-ready.
  • Earn on a Revenue-Share Basis-
    For each completed service, you’ll earn a percentage as per the agreement — the more work you complete, the more you earn.

Who Can Join?

We welcome individuals with an accounting background, including:

  • Accounting Students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or CA/IPA pathways)

  • Freelance Accountants or Bookkeepers

  • Recent Accounting Graduates looking to kickstart their careers

Agreement & Confidentiality

All partnerships are formalised with a Contractor/Subcontractor Agreement to ensure clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality. The agreement includes:

✔ No employment obligations — you’re an independent partner
✔ Data privacy & compliance standards
✔ A commitment to mutual success

We do not offer open registration. If you’re interested in joining:

  2. We’ll schedule a meeting with you to discuss the program in detail.
  3. If successful, we’ll send you the official Subcontractor Agreement and begin onboarding.
